Delivery and setup charges of $80.00- $90.00 applies for all Buffet and Tea Reception orders. Eve of PH - after 2pm & PH the transport charge is $90.00 and only waived for orders above $1,000 food only.
Delivery times before 9am or after 7pm incurs an additional surcharge of $50.00.
For Mini Buffet, Bento and Nasi Lemak Combo, a transportation fees of $30.00 - $40.00 applies. A surcharge of $10.00 is applicable for PH.
A surcharge of $50.00 is applicable for delivery to venues without Lift / Trolley Accessible.
A surcharge of $10.00 is applicable for the following areas:
1) Jurong Area including Jurong Island and Kranji area
2) Woodlands area, Sembawang area and Admiralty area
3) Tuas Area
4) Sentosa Island
5) Central areas with postal codes beginning with the followings:
Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08
Marina Square - 03, 17
Orchard - 22, 23
Bras Basah - 18, 19
Please allow ±30 minutes grace from the "ready time" for unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems, etc). Spice Village Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for such instances.
Deliveries for Full-Day Seminar Package is $120 and $80 for Half Day Seminar Packages.
The management reserves the right to amend the invoice on-the-spot for manual deliveries is found to be non lift level/path walk, No help rendered as promised as it delays your buffet and affects the operation’s next delivery schedule.
Latest collection for buffet is 10pm. For collections after 10pm before 11:29pm the surcharge is $30 and from 11:30pm till 1am: $70. For collection the next day, there is a surcharge of $80.00.
All extensions must be informed via telephone to the manager in charge before the agreed original collection time. If extension is only informed during the clearing time, an additional transport charge of $25 will be imposed.
Rental of any equipment after the event is strictly not allowed.
Full payment must reach us at least 7 days before function date.
Full payment must be made in advance for self collection orders.
Do note that orders $1000, would require a 20% deposit. We would furnish you with our corporate bank account.
At Spice Village, we are committed to provide the highest quality Food and Services to our clients. We also understand that changes and cancellations are unavoidable. As cancellations are costly to our operations, the following are minimum charges levied just enough to cover our losses should cancellations/changes become necessary.
All Cancellations must be communicated in writing or through e-mail to our Catering Sales Consultants.
Cancellations with < 24 hours notice : 100% of bill
Cancellations with < 48 hours notice : 80% of bill
Cancellations with < 72 hours notice : 50% of bill.
Cancellations with < 5 days notice : 30% of bill.
"All orders must be placed minimum 3 working days and strictly no changes allowed 2 working days prior to the event date."

Set up and Pre-setting
Buffet set up for landed property is strictly on ground level only.
Should your event require Roller Top Chaffing dish, do note that there is a $5.00 per pax surcharge; as these chaffing dishes requires extra manpower to deliver.
For big scale events, we reserve the right to do pre-setting at the venue before the event date
Spice Village Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to availability.

Warranty of Goods / Services
All our products will last for 3 hours upon delivery under fair weather conditions, unless otherwise stated.
Food is best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
