Transportation Charges

Delivery and setup charges of $50.00 applies for all Buffet and Tea Reception orders.

Delivery times before 8am or after 7pm incurs an additional surcharge of $50.00.

For Mini Buffet, Bento and Nasi Lemak Combo, a transportation fees of $20.00 applies.

A surcharge of $50.00 is applicable for delivery to venues without Lift / Trolley Accessible

A surcharge of $10.00 is applicable for the following areas:

1) Jurong Area including Jurong Island

2) Woodlands Area

3) Tuas Area

4) Sentosa Island

5) Central areas with postal codes beginning with the followings:

Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08

Marina Square - 03, 17

Orchard - 22, 23

Bras Basah - 18, 19


Full payment must reach us at least 7 days before function date

Full payment must be made in advance for self collection orders

Cancellation Policy

At Spice Village, we are committed to provide the highest quality Food and Services to our clients. We also understand that changes and cancellations are unavoidable. As cancellations are costly to our operations, the following are minimum charges levied just enough to cover our losses should cancellations/changes  become necessary.

All Cancellations must be communicated in writing or through e-mail to our Catering Sales Consultants.

Cancellations with < 24 hours notice :       100% of bill

Cancellations with < 48 hours notice :       80% of bill

Cancellations with < 72 hours notice :       50% of bill. 

Cancellations with < 5 days notice :       30% of bill. 

Any reduction in number of Pax with before 12 pm on day before event will incur a 20% charge of the reduction bill.

There will be strictly no changes after 12pm on the day before the event.

Set up and Pre-setting

Buffet set up for landed property is strictly on ground level only.


For big scale events, we reserve the right to do pre-setting at the venue before the event date

Spice Village Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to availability.

Warranty of Goods / Services

All our products will last for 3 hours upon delivery under fair weather conditions, unless otherwise stated.

Food is best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.

All extended hours are chargeable at $10.00 per hour. For next day collection, $50.00 late collection fee will be imposed.

Exchange & Refunds

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
